The front desk is the place to go for general IT information and you can also go to Room 207 for Laptop Support between 11am and 3pm.

For immediate help ring us and if there is something we can do straight away we will. Laptop Support surgery is from 11am to 3pm in the Bedford Library, but if you have an urgent problem or are referred on to us by the Laptop Support team we can arrange an appointment to see you.

We have a team of assistants in the Laptop Support office in the Bedford Library in term time between 11am and 3pm from Monday to Friday.
The Laptop Support office is at the end of the small corridor to the right of the main Library desk.
