Staff

Staff may apply for a library card at the Bedford or Founders enquiry desks. For more information on the process please see our Membership page. In order to use your card you will need to know your PIN, which may be obtained from the enquiry desks.

You can find out how to use the libraries and their collections, including details on opening hours and how many items you can borrow.

As well as our print collections we offer a wide range of electronic resources, as well as information guides to help you use these resources and provide subject-specific guidance. We also have Information Consultants dedicated to different subject areas, who liaise with departments on ordering material for the library and providing training for students.

Staff may use a number of other libraries. Membership of Senate House library and use of the SCONUL Access scheme is available.

In addition to library support for research we also provide the bibliographic management software Refworks.
